Bardwell Texas is a small farming community, located 7 miles West of Ennis, Texas. Surrounded by cotton and sunflower fields, we are in close proximity to Bardwell Lake offering swimming, fishing, boating and camping.

Update Trash Service
DCI will be getting the city trash cans for every house in city limits. The charge will be $2.00 a month more on the water bill it will take about 6 or 8 weeks to get the trash cans. Trash will still need to be bagged & the limit is still 8 bags per household. If you need an extra can call DCI and they will get that for you! There will be serial # on each can and you can put your address on the cans using house # stickers.
