1. A Copy of your Lease Agreement
2. Driver's License
3. Fill Out Water Application: Deposit $500.00 Cash, Money Order or Cashier's Check
4. Landlord if renting a property has to have an Inspection that's $125.00 before moving in, each new tenant!
5. New Resident has to have a P. O. Box or a good mailing address for water bills to be sent too!
