There is 2 addresses on the form you received in the mail.
If you have a mailbox at your house, then you will use the Ennis address for your mailing & physical address.
If you only have a P. O. Box then you will use the Bardwell address for your physical address & your P. O. Box for mailing address.

Billing Cycle
Customers billed every month. This billing is for water, sewer and trash usage (consumption) during the month period, and for the fixed fee assessments. Typically meters are read during the last week of the month, and bills created and statements sent shortly thereafter.
Due on the 18th of every month if you don't get a bill call the office before the 18th.
Late Charges applied on the 19th $30.00, if bill not paid.
Cut off's on the 25th every month, if bill not paid.
Hilco's Fees:
Reconnect Fee: $35.00 if turned on by 3pm the same day
after 3pm a charge of $160.00 will be applied.

Water and Sewer Residential fees are:
Water Flat Rate plus
0-6000 gallons of water = $7.50 per 1,000 gallons
6,001-10,000 gallons of water = $9.50 per 1,000 gallons
10,001-30,000 gallons of water = $10.50 per 1,000 gallons
Water & Sewer Commercial Rate Fees
Commercial Water Flat Rate Plus
0-6000 gallons of water = $7.50 per 1,000 gallons
6,001-UP gallons of water = $10.50 per 1,000 gallons
Water & Sewer Taps Fees:
Installations of water and sewer tap $2500.00 each (includes meter, curb stop)

Monthly City Council Meetings the First Monday of every Month At 6:00pm at City Hall
